East Rounton Village Hall
Commissioned by Sir Lowthian Bell the iron master in 1906 the village hall was designed by George Jack working for Philip Webb who was responsible for the design of Rounton Grange and the model village of East Rounton. It had electricity long before the national grid and was used as a hospital during World War I.

There are six adjacent cottages in the village square as well as the main hall. It is used regularly for village events and managed by a charitable trust.
Next event: Rountons Roast Hog with live music from The Men Who Could Not Swim on Saturday 7th August - with Food and Licenced Bar at the Village Hall (proceeds to village hall funds).
Annual village events include: Valentine Dance, Quiz Nights, Summer BBQ, Hog Roast, Harvest Supper, Christmas Fair
Monthly Events include: Dominoes, Whist, Mothers Union, Yorkshire Country Women
The hall is also available for hire for private parties and other local events.
